Frolic was born out of the in-between moments—the ones where you’re driving around chasing light, refreshing weather apps, digging through saved pins, or texting clients back and forth trying to land on the “perfect” location.
The reality is, photography has always required both intuition and logistics
—but the tools never caught up to support both. So we built something that does.
Frolic exists to remove the friction from the creative process, to replace overwhelm with clarity, and to give photographers a way to plan with confidence while still leaving room for magic. Because when you know the light, the space, and the moment—you don’t just hope it works… you create it on purpose.
OuR story
Jenna is a photographer, designer, and former tech engineer who has spent years living on both sides of the creative process. With a background in building solution-driven systems for large-scale companies and 10 years experience behind the lens, she understands the balance between artistry and solutions in a way most tools overlook.
Frolic lives in that intersection.
After navigating the chaos of location scouting, client communication, and scattered workflows while building her own business, she set out to create something better—not just another tool, but a new standard for the industry. One that feels intuitive, beautifully designed, and deeply aligned with how photographers actually work, think, and create.
